AHV und Handelsstopp für SEB SICAV 3 Dach- und Teilfonds
Eine außerordentliche Hauptversammlung (AHV) ist für den 12. Januar 2021 geplant. Auf dieser Versammlung werden die Aktionäre darüber abstimmen, ob die SEB SICAV 3 Fonds liquidiert werden sollen. Nachdem die AHV abgestimmt hat, werden wir auf dieser Website Informationen über die Konsequenzen der Abstimmung bereitstellen.
Die AHV wird aufgrund des mangelnden Anlegerinteresses an den Teilfonds eine Liquidation in Betracht ziehen. Unter diesen Umständen sind wir der Meinung, dass eine Liquidation im besten Interesse der Aktionäre ist.
Wenn Sie als Aktionär Ihr Stimmrecht auf der AHV ausüben möchten, wenden Sie sich bitte an Sebluxlegalfunds@sebgroup.lu oder beachten Sie die Ihnen zugesandte Einberufungsbekanntmachung.
Ab Auftragsannahmeschluss am 18. Dezember 2020 können Sie keine Anteile an den SEB SICAV 3 Fonds mehr erwerben.
Ab Auftragsannahmeschluss am 11. Januar 2021 können Sie keine Anteile an den SEB SICAV 3 Fonds mehr verkaufen.
