Benchmark index change for SEB Fund 3 – SEB Artificial Intelligence Fund

Risk information

Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of fund units/shares can rise as well as fall and you may not get back the amount you invested. Funds with a risk level of 5-7 according to the fund’s key information document (KID) can both decrease and increase significantly in value. Fund information, including the KID, prospectus, and sustainability-related disclosures can be found at www.sebgroup.lu/funds.

SEB Funds AB are making changes to SEB Fund 3 – SEB Artificial Intelligence Fund (the “Sub-Fund”) to improve compliance with UCITS investment restrictions. These changes will be implemented 1 June 2025.

You are not required to act due to these changes, and the value of your units in the sub-funds will not be affected, but it is important for you to be aware of the changes.

The Sub-Fund currently uses an index as a reference and aims to outperform it, although the investment team retains the flexibility to deviate significantly from this index. We intend to replace the current index, the MSCI ACWI Information Technology & Communication Services Index, with the MSCI ACWI Information Technology 10/40 Index (the “New Index”). This change will take effect one month from the date of this notice.

The MSCI 10/40 indices are more closely aligned with UCITS requirements, particularly regarding diversification. By adopting this New Index, the Sub-Fund will maintain better compliance with these rules while allowing portfolio managers increased flexibility. We view this as a positive development for the Sub-Fund, with no negative impact for investors.

Some portfolio adjustments may be made to reflect the composition of New Index. However, no significant reallocation is expected, and any changes will be limited in scope relative to the overall portfolio. As the Sub-Fund is actively managed, the investment team will continue to exercise discretion and is not obliged to replicate the index. Any changes are expected to involve highly liquid securities, and transaction costs are not expected to have a material effect on investors.

How you as an investor are affected

There is no anticipated material impact on your investment. The Sub-Fund will continue to follow the same investment objective and strategy, and there will be no change to the fees or risk profile.

If you wish to redeem your holdings in the Sub-Fund, you may do so free of charge before cut-off time on 30 May.

Sincerely,
SEB Funds AB, Luxembourg Branch
