SEB Strategy Funds merger into SEB Active Funds now completed

The merger took effect 15 November 2021 and is finalized.

The following funds are involved in the merger:

  • SEB Strategy Fund - SEB Strategy Defensive merged with SEB Active 20
  • SEB Strategy Fund - SEB Strategy Balanced merged with SEB Active 30
  • SEB Strategy Fund - SEB Strategy Opportunity merged with SEB Active 55
  • SEB Strategy Fund - SEB Strategy Growth merged with SEB Active 80

Now that the merger is effective, the Strategy Funds no longer exist. Customers who had investments in one or more of the Strategy Funds are encouraged to read the information about the mergers that was published on this website 27 September 2021.
