We wish to inform you that we have identified and corrected an error in the past performance section of the key investor information documents for two unit classes of the fund SEB Fund 3 - SEB Ethical Global Index Fund.
The unit classes concerned are:
- SEB Fund 3 – SEB Ethical Global Index Fund C (USD) LU0389150375
- SEB Fund 3 – SEB Ethical Global Index Fund D (USD) LU0047324644
The error consisted of a discrepancy between the performance for the benchmark for 2012 shown in the key investor information documents and the benchmark’s actual performance for 2012. The error has not affected clients’ investments or the net asset value of the unit classes.
Updated product documentation for the two funds, SEB Fund 3 - SEB Ethical Global Index Fund C (USD) and SEB Fund 3 - SEB Ethical Global Index Fund D (USD), including the correction described here, is available as of 24 October 2014 at www.sebgroup.lu and our registered office upon request.
