The required quorum was not reached at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) that was held on 13 July 2017 regarding the liquidation of SEB Optimus II – FoF Balance and SEB Optimus – FOF Defensive plus (the sub funds). Therefore another EGM will take place and a convening notice and proxy ballot will be sent out. After the (2nd) EGM has been held, we will provide you with further information regarding the outcome.
