EGM for SEB SICAV 2 – Alternative Fixed Income: sign up for video participation by 10.00 on 25 March

Luxembourg companies are now allowed to hold shareholder meetings without participants attending in person. This is a result of the Government of Luxembourg, enacting by way of decree on 20 March 2020, temporary measures due to societal restrictions regarding the current COVID-19 situation. 

If you as a shareholder in the sub fund SEB SICAV 2 – Alternative Fixed Income wish to participate via video conference in the upcoming extraordinary general meeting of shareholders at 14:00 on 25 March 2020, please send the following information to this address: sebluxlegalfunds@sebgroup.lu

• Your name, address, telephone number and email address
• Your proof of identity
• The number of shares you represent

IMPORTANT
• Send the above information to us by 10:00 on 25 March 2020. Otherwise we will not be able to confirm your identity in time for the EGM.
• When we receive your information, we will send you the instructions you need to participate in the video conference.
