Changes in SEB Bond Fund, SEB Choice HighYield, SEB Emerging Markets

These three funds and their related share classes will undergo several changes as of 1 March 2013. If you have invested in one or more of these funds, you are not required to take any action in relation to these changes. The changes are described in the table below. SEB Emerging Markets Fund

The fund is a sub-fund of SEB SICAV 1.

Marketing name in Sweden: SEB Emerging Marketsfond – Lux

ISIN LU0037256269 		 New trading cycle is prolonged by one day: An order placed by 15:30 on a bank day will be processed the following bank day. The trading price for the order is also calculated the following bank day. The same trading cycle also goes into effect as of 1 March for SEB Emerging Marketsfond (ISIN SE0000984155)
