Changes to SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Nordic Small Cap Fund

Risk information

Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of fund units/shares can rise as well as fall and you may not get back the amount you invested. Funds with a risk level of 5–7 according to the fund’s key information document (KID) can both decrease and increase significantly in value. Fund information, including the KID and sustainability-related disclosures can be found at Our Luxembourg funds.

Summary of investors' rights

Changes to SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Nordic Small Cap Fund (the “Sub-Fund”), including a new benchmark and the removal of the performance fee, will take effect on 1 December 2026.

Change of benchmark

The Sub-Fund’s benchmark will change from the VINX Small Cap NI Index to the Carnegie Small CSX Net Return Nordic (CSNRXNORDIC).

The new benchmark is considered a more appropriate comparator for the Sub-Fund. Carnegie's small-cap indices are among the most widely used benchmarks for Nordic small-cap funds, alongside MSCI's Nordic small-cap indices, making it easier for investors to compare the Sub-Fund’s performance with that of its peers.

In addition, the VINX Small Cap NI Index includes Iceland, which is not a primary market for the Sub-Fund. The index also adjusts market capitalisation for free float, which may result in the inclusion of larger companies. As a result, the Carnegie Small CSX Net Return Nordic index is considered a more representative benchmark for the Sub-Fund’s Nordic small-cap investment strategy.

No significant portfolio reallocation is expected as a result of these changes.

Removal of the performance fee

The performance fee will be removed from all share classes of the Sub-Fund. No performance fee has accrued for the current performance period, and no performance fee will be crystallised or paid as a result of the removal.

This change is intended to align the Sub-Fund’s fee structure more closely with prevailing market practice. The fixed management fee will remain unchanged.

New share class added to the Prospectus

A new NOK (Norwegian krone) capitalising share class (UC-NOK), ISIN LU3405561781, was launched on 31 July 2026, primarily for distribution in Norway.
