Changes to SEB Fund 1 – SEB Nordic Future Opportunity Fund

Risk information

Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of fund units/shares can rise as well as fall and you may not get back the amount you invested. Funds with a risk level of 5–7 according to the fund’s key information document (KID) can both decrease and increase significantly in value. Fund information, including the KID and sustainability-related disclosures can be found at Our Luxembourg funds.

Summary of investors' rights

Auf Deutsch (pdf)

Changes are being made to SEB Fund 1 – SEB Nordic Future Opportunity Fund (the “Sub-Fund”), effective 4 November 2026.

You are not required to take any action as a result of these changes. These changes are not expected to have a material impact on the value of your investment. However, it is important that you are aware of these updates.

Removal of the benchmark

The current benchmark for the Sub-Fund will be removed.

SEB Nordic Future Opportunity Fund is an actively managed, concentrated equity fund with specific requirements on identifiable and measurable positive impact and contribution (20% verifiable revenues from Energy Transition, Circularity and Resource Efficiency, Healthy Societies or Sustainable Mobility).

The current benchmark contains many companies that do not meet the Sub-Fund's sustainability criteria. As a result, it does not provide a meaningful comparison for the Sub-Fund's investment approach. The Sub-Fund invests in a different mix of sectors than traditional market indices, with limited exposure to some sectors and greater exposure to others. The Sub-Fund can therefore only invest in limited portion of the current benchmark. We had expected the benchmark to become more representative of the Sub-Fund over time. As this has not happened, we have decided to remove it. No significant portfolio reallocation is expected as a result of these changes, and no material impact on investors is anticipated.

Removal of performance fee

SEB Nordic Future Opportunity Fund will no longer charge a performance fee.

This change simplifies the fee structure and makes the cost of investing in the Sub-Fund easier to understand.

Other updates to the prospectus

The description of the Sub-Fund’s investment process has been updated to provide greater clarity on its sustainability approach. This update does not represent a material change to the way the Sub-Fund is managed.
