Changes to SEB Fund 1 – SEB Global Climate Opportunity Fund will take effect on 4 November 2026.
You are not required to take any action as a result of these changes, and the value of your units in the sub-fund will not be affected. However, it is important that you are aware of these updates.
Expansion of eligible investment universe
The investment policy of SEB Global Climate Opportunity Fund will be amended to allow investments in Chinese A-shares via the Stock Connect programme of up to 15% of the sub-fund's net assets.
This change gives the portfolio management team access to a broader range of companies that may contribute to climate transition and environmental solutions. It also creates additional opportunities to identify attractive long-term investments within the sub-fund's investment focus.
