Update to the prospectus of SEB ELTIF – Capital Four Private Debt

Effective from 4 August 2025, the following updates have been made to the Prospectus of SEB ELTIF – Capital Four Private Debt.

You are not required to act due to these changes, and the value of your units in the sub-fund will not be affected, but it is important for you to be aware of the changes.

New share class introduced

A new D3 (EUR) share class has been added to the Prospectus. The share class will become active from the Subscription Date of 30 September 2025.

Other amendments

Additional minor and updates have been made, including:

  • Reflecting the date of the first subscription, which occurred on 30 June 2025
  • Updating the anticipated date of the Sub-Fund’s first NAV, expected on or around end of September 2025.
