New portfolio manager for certain small-cap funds

Summary of investors' rights 

Eric Berglund is appointed as the new responsible portfolio manager for SEB European Equity Small Caps, SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Nordic Small Cap Fund and SEB Fund 3 – SEB Finland Small Cap Fund. The change will take effect on 15 December 2025.

The portfolio management of SEB European Equity Small Caps, SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Nordic Small Cap Fund and SEB Fund 3 – SEB Finland Small Cap Fund will be transferred to our fundamental equity team in Stockholm and Eric Berglund will be the new responsible portfolio manager. Eric Berglund has extensive experience, both as analyst and portfolio manager, and has deep knowledge of stock selection in the small cap segment.  

The management of the funds will continue to be based on in-depth, fundamental, analysis, where the companies' business models, market position, and company management are key factors in the stock selection.

The change will take effect on 15 December 2025.
