Dividend Distributions in SEB Funds – May 2025

Risk information

Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of fund units/shares can rise as well as fall and you may not get back the amount you invested. Funds with a risk level of 5-7 according to the fund’s key information document (KID) can both decrease and increase significantly in value. Fund information, including the KID, prospectus, and sustainability-related disclosures can be found at www.sebgroup.lu/funds.

SEB funds' dividends will be distributed on 22 and 30 May 2025. Amounts will be credited the following week, with tax withheld and reported to Skatteverket.

Dividend payments for SEB funds and unit classes with scheduled May distributions will take place on Thursday, 22 May, and Friday, 30 May 2025, for the majority of SEB’s distributing funds.

Dividend amounts will be credited to the designated account during the week following the distribution date. For customers subject to dividend tax, the applicable amount has been automatically withheld and reported to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).

Tax Obligations

Since 1 January 2012, Sweden-registered funds have no longer been subject to tax on income earned within the fund. As a result, most such funds ceased issuing dividends in 2013. A standardised taxation model has since applied, under which share/unit holders are responsible for paying a flat-rate tax on their fund holdings.
