The split of SEB SICAV 2 - SEB Eastern Europe Small and Mid Cap Fund into two sub-funds is now completed

The split took effect 10 February 2023 and is finalised.

The two sub-funds are now:

  • SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Eastern Europe Small and Mid Cap Fund (retains its liquid assets)
  • SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Eastern Europe Small and Mid Cap Fund 2 (illiquid assets – Russian holdings)

Customers who had investments in the SEB Eastern Europe Small and Mid Cap Fund are encouraged to read the information about the fund split that was published on this website 30 November 2022.
