On 16 March 2020 the Board of SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Alternative Fixed Income, the sub fund, decided to convene the shareholders’ meeting to be held on 25 March 2020. A convening notice was sent by BNYM to the shareholders. Considering the upcoming shareholders’ meeting, trading in the sub fund was suspended as of cut-off time 15.30 on 16 March. Shareholders will decide at the 25 March meeting whether to put the sub fund into liquidation.
