The mergers of four Finland-domiciled funds with four Luxembourg-domiciled sub-funds are now completed.

The merger of the following funds took effect 10 June 2022:

  • Finland-domiciled Placeringsfond SEB 30 merged with Luxembourg-domiciled SEB Fund 3 – SEB Mixed Fund 30
  • Finland-domiciled Placeringsfond SEB 50 merged with Luxembourg-domiciled SEB Fund 3 – SEB Mixed Fund 50
  • Finland-domiciled Placeringsfond SEB 80 merged with Luxembourg-domiciled SEB Fund 3 – SEB Mixed Fund 80
  • Finland-domiciled Placeringsfond SEB Finlandia Optimized Low Carbon merged with Luxembourg-domiciled SEB Fund 3 – SEB Finland Optimized Exposure Fund

Now that the mergers are effective, the Finland-domiciled Placeringsfond SEB 30, the Finland-domiciled Placeringsfond SEB 50, the Finland-domiciled Placeringsfond SEB 80, and the Finland-domiciled Placeringsfond SEB Finlandia Optimized Low Carbon no longer exist.
