Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken S.A. to be Lux branch office by 2020

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken S.A. (SEB S.A.) will become the Luxembourg branch of its parent company, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), (SEB AB), as of 2 January 2020.

SEB AB, acting through its Luxembourg branch office, will take over all obligations towards customers, including the role as depositary bank for all investment undertakings that SEB S.A. performed. Note there is no change of office: the Luxembourg branch office will be located at SEB S.A.’s current office.

You as an investor do not have to take action due to this change, but you should be familiar with it.
