We wish to inform you of a change in the key investor information documents for the fund SEB SICAV 2 - SEB Listed Private Equity

We wish to inform you that we have identified and corrected an error in the risk and reward profile of the key investor information documents for the fund SEB SICAV 2 - SEB Listed Private Equity.
The concerned share classes are:

  • SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Listed Private Equity C (EUR) LU0385668222
  • SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Listed Private Equity C (H-SGD) LU0920715967
  • SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Listed Private Equity IC (EUR) LU0385670988
  • SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Listed Private Equity ID (EUR) LU0385672414


The error consists of a discrepancy between the synthetic risk and reward indicator (SRRI), as shown in the key investor information documents, and the actual SRRI for the concerned share classes. The error has not affected clients’ investments or the net asset value of the share classes.
