Questions and answers about the closure of the fund's trading

Why are you closing the fund for trading?
The fund has been closed for trading to protect the interests of all unit holders. At present, we cannot make a correct valuation of a large part of the fund's assets. To keep the fund open for trading could be at a disadvantage to both new and existing unit holders.

How does the closure of the fund affect me as a customer or unit holder?
During the period when the fund is closed for trading, you will not be able to buy or sell fund units. Orders placed before the decision to close the fund for trading, will be handled when the fund reopens for trading.

How does the closure of the fund affect my savings in a unit linked insurance in SEB?
The closure of the fund means that fund swiches cannot be executed. Already placed orders in a unit linked insurance, cannot be withdrawn. The closure may also affect repurchases and relocation of insurance as well as certain payments.

Why are you not able to pay out my share directly?
We need to consider the interests of all fund unit holders. The principle of equal treatment means that we handle redemptions when we can value the assets in a correct way.

When will it be possible to trade in the fund again?
We will reopen the fund for trading as soon we can ensure a correct valuation of the fund. Unfortunately, we are unable to say how long the fund will be suspended for, but the decision will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

How do I find out when it is possible to trade the fund again?
We will publish information about this.
