SEB Private Equity Fund changes 2 November 2016

SEB Private Equity Fund will be converted from a common fund to a société d'investissement à capital variable (SICAV), a Luxembourg investment company with variable capital as of 2 November 2016. The new name will be SEB Private Equity Fund SICAV-SIF. Kindly read the attached documents for information regarding all the changes.
