SEB Micro Cap Fund to be SICAV

SEB Micro Cap Fund will be converted from a common fund to a société d’investissement à capital variable (SICAV), a Luxembourg investment company with variable capital. The name will change to SEB Micro Cap Fund SICAV-SIF. Kindly read the attached documents for information regarding all the changes. The changes take effect as of 2 November 2016.
