Changes to prospectus
Efficient portfolio management techniques: The sub funds in the SEB Fund 3 and the SEB Fund 5 umbrellas do not use EPM techniques, so we have removed this information from the prospectus. Naturally, management of the sub funds is conducted in as efficient manner as possible.
Disclosure for German investors: Specific information to investors in Germany is included at the end of the prospectus for SEB Fund 5. The information is the same as previously - it was formerly disclosed solely in the prospectus offered to German investors.
