2013-10-24 SEB Fund 3 – SEB Short-Medium Bond Fund SEK merges into SEB Fund 4 – SEB Short Bond Fund SEK

The board of directors of SEB Asset Management S.A., acting on behalf of unitholders, has decided to merge SEB Fund 3 – SEB Short-Medium Bond Fund SEK into SEB Fund 4 – SEB Short Bond Fund SEK. The date of the merger is 6 December 2013.
