SEB Fixed Income Relative Value: closure of liquidation
We wish to inform you that the assets of the fund SEB Fixed Income Relative Value (LU0307432293, LU0307432616) have now been sold and the final reimbursement payment made. The liquidation of the fund is finalised and the fund ceases to exist as of 28 February 2014.
The fund was put into liquidation due to a substantial redemption request. The decision to put the fund into liquidation was made on 25 June 2009, effective as of 30 June 2009.
The final reimbursement payments were released to unitholders on 21 February 2014.
Consequently, it was not necessary to deposit any amount at Caisse de Consignation.
