Summary of changes

  • Specification of portfolio holdings: the prospectus will specify “The sub fund aims to have a con-centrated portfolio of 10-15 holdings,” rather than investing in “around 10 companies.”
  • Sustainability: the sub fund will follow the highest level of SEB Investment Management AB’s sustainability policy and will invest only in companies that meet the requirements of the policy.
  • Investment in derivatives for hedging purposes: the sub fund is allowed a broader selection of underlying assets, including financial indices, interest rates and foreign exchange rates.
  • Net asset value calculation: Net asset value (NAV) for the sub fund is calculated for each bank business day. Calculation of the NAV will now be performed on the immediately following bank business day.
