If you do not wish to remain invested in the sub fund, you may redeem your shares free of charge by cut off time, 26 February 2021. Note that redemption can result in taxation. Kindly consult your financial advisor.
Summary of changes
- Specification of portfolio holdings: the prospectus will specify “The sub fund aims to have a con-centrated portfolio of 10-15 holdings,” rather than investing in “around 10 companies.”
- Sustainability: the sub fund will follow the highest level of SEB Investment Management AB’s sustainability policy and will invest only in companies that meet the requirements of the policy.
- Investment in derivatives for hedging purposes: the sub fund is allowed a broader selection of underlying assets, including financial indices, interest rates and foreign exchange rates.
- Net asset value calculation: Net asset value (NAV) for the sub fund is calculated for each bank business day. Calculation of the NAV will now be performed on the immediately following bank business day.
