Prospectus updates for all Luxembourg-domiciled UCITS funds

We have updated the prospectuses for all our UCITS funds domiciled in Luxembourg to meet regulatory demands and to enhance transparency.

You as an investor are not required to act due to these changes, but we wish to make you familiar with them.

Prospectus changes

  • Efficient portfolio management techniques: the funds do not use EPM techniques, so we have removed this section of the prospectus. Naturally, management of the sub funds is conducted in the most efficient manner possible.

  • Disclosure for German investors for the funds distributed in Germany: specific information to investors in Germany is now included at the end of the prospectuses of the funds that are distributed to investors in Germany. Previously, this information was disclosed solely in the prospectus for German investors. Note that the specific information to investors in Germany is unchanged.

  • Sustainability related disclosures: for all our prospectuses we have started to include article numbers related to the regulation on sustainability related disclosures in the financial service sector, also known as SFDR.

  • EU Taxonomy regulations: the prospectuses now include the required disclosures related to the EU-wide taxonomy regulation. Specifically, these relate to EU 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020, on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088.

The updated prospectuses are available at www.sebgroup.lu and our registered office.

Sincerely,

SEB Investment Management AB, Luxembourg branch
