We wish to inform the unitholders of the fund SEB Green Bond Fund (the “Unitholders”) that the Fund will undergo material changes as of the date of publication of the present notice. According to the law regarding the immobilization of bearer shares and units enacted on 28 July 2014, published on 14 August 2014 and effective since 18 August 2014 (the “2014 Law”), all existing bearer units have to be deposited to the entity appointed as depositary of these units (the “Depositary”). Bearer units are a specific type of units issued by the Fund.
If the bearer units are not registered at the latest on 18 February 2016, the Fund will cancel such bearer units and the capital will be reduced with the amount of the bearer units.
