Notice to unitholders of SEB Japan Chance/Risk Fund

SEB Fund 1 – SEB Japan Chance/Risk Fund will be liquidated. You as an investor have 30 days from the date of the notices in which to redeem the units you hold in the fund.

We wish to inform unitholders of SEB Fund 1 – SEB Japan Chance/Risk Fund that after careful consideration, the Board of SEB Asset Management S.A. has decided to put the sub-fund into liquidation with effect as of 13 November 2015.
