Finland-domiciled SEB Global High Yield Fund’s merger into Luxembourg-domiciled SEB High Yield - SEB Global High Yield Fund now completed

The merger took effect 11 February 2022 and is finalised.

The following funds were involved in the merger:

  • Finland-domiciled SEB Global High Yield Fund - merged with Luxembourg-domiciled SEB High Yield – SEB Global High Yield Fund

Now that the merger is effective, the Finland-domiciled SEB Global High Yield Fund no longer exists. Customers who had investments in the Finland-domiciled SEB Global High Yield Fund are encouraged to read the information about the merger that was published on this website 28 December 2021.
