We wish to inform you that we plan to make changes in SEB SICAV 2.
Change of risk calculation method: The following sub funds will change their risk calculation method from Value at Risk (VaR) to the commitment approach:
- SEB Listed Private Equity Fund
- SEB Eastern Europe Small Cap Fund
- SEB Asia Small Caps ex. Japan Fund
- SEB Nordic Small cap Fund
We decided to make this change because we regard the commitment method to be better suited to calculating the sub funds' global exposure.
Transferrable securities and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by states: G20, Singapore and Hong Kong will be added to the list of countries that issue or guarantee transferable securities and money market instruments in which the following sub-fund may invest:
- SEB Listed Private Equity Fund
- SEB Eastern Europe Small Cap Fund
- SEB Asia Small Caps ex. Japan Fund
- SEB Nordic Small cap Fund
- SEB Alternative Fixed Income
Updated product documentation, including SEB SICAV 2's prospectus dated November 2017, will be available on www.sebgroup.lu and can also be requested from our registered office.
