Changes in SEB Fund 5 - November 2017

SEB Fund 5 - SEB Danish Mortgage Bond Fund
The fund manager for SEB Fund 5 – SEB Danish Mortgage Bond Fund currently compares its return to a composite index, 75% Nykredit Danish Mortgage Bond Index and 25% Bloomberg Denmark Sovereign Bond Index.

Bloomberg will replace Bloomberg Denmark Sovereign Bond Index with a new index by the end of 2017. The replacement index is named Bloomberg Barclays Series-E Denmark Govt All >1 Yr Bond Index.

Consequently, we will update the name of the composite index used by SEB Fund 5 – SEB Danish Mortgage Bond Fund to: 75% Nykredit Danish Mortgage Bond Index and 25% Bloomberg Barclays Series-E Denmark Govt All >1 Yr Bond Index. We plan to implement the new index 27 November 2017.

SEB Fund 5 - SEB Corporate Bond Fund EUR, and SEB Fund 5-SEB Corporate Bond Fund SEK
Also as of 27 November 2017, we will change the risk calculation method for SEB Corporate Bond Fund EUR and SEB Corporate Bond Fund SEK from Value at Risk (VaR) to the commitment method. We decided to make this change because we re-gard the commitment method to be better suited to calculating the sub funds’ global exposure.

The updated prospectus will reflect regulatory requirements, clarifications, minor formal and editorial changes. Updated product documentation is available on www.sebgroup.lu and can also be requested from our registered office.
