Changes in SEB Asset Selection Funds

SEB Asset Selection Defensive, SEB Asset Selection and SEB Asset Selection Opportunistic will undergo some changes as of 1 December 2015.

The Board of Directors of SEB's fund management company in Luxembourg, SEB Asset Management SA, and the Board of Directors of SEB SICAV 3 have decided to make changes in the three funds SEB Asset Selection Defensive, SEB Asset Selection and SEB Asset Selection Opportunistic.

The changes take effect 1 December 2015 and are approved by the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission de Surveillance Secteur Financier (CSSF). Clients are not required to take action due to these changes.

Summary of the changes
SEB SICAV 3 - SEB Asset Selection Defensive
The effective management fee is reduced from 1.10 % to 0.95 % for the share classes. The maximum management fee that SEB may charge is lowered from 1.75 % to 0.95%.

SEB Fund 1 - SEB Asset Selection Fund
• The effective management fees remain unchanged for all share classes.
• The maximum management fee that SEB may charge is reduced from 1.75 percent to 1.10 percent for share classes: C (EUR), C (H-SEK), D (H-SEK), C (H-USD), C (H-CHF), C (H-GBP), C (H-NOK), C (H-JPY).
• No subscription fee may be charged for share classes C (H-SEK) and C (H-NOK).
• No redemption fee may be charged for share classes C (EUR) and C (H-SEK).
• Share classes D (EUR) and ID (EUR) will be available for public distribution in Germany.
• New share classes for institutional investors: IC (EUR), IC (H-USD), IC (H-CHF), SIC (H-USD)

SEB SICAV 3 - SEB Asset Selection Opportunistic
• The effective management fee is reduced from 1.50% to 0.75% for share classes IC (EUR) and ID (H-SEK). The minimum initial investment required for these two share classes is increased to EUR 10 million and SEK 100 million, respectively.
• The maximum management fee that SEB may charge is reduced from 1.75 percent to 1.50 percent for share classes C (EUR), C (H-SEK) and C (H-NOK).
• The maximum management fee that SEB may charge is reduced from 1.75 percent to 0.75 percent for share classes: IC (EUR) and ID (H-SEK).
• No subscription fee may be charged for share classes C (H-SEK) and C (H-NOK).
• No redemption fee may be charged for share class C (H-SEK).
• One new share class for institutional investors will be launched: SIC (H-USD).
