Change to the portfolio duration for SEB Fund 4 – SEB USD Currency Fund

The average portfolio duration for SEB USD Currency Fund, a sub-fund of SEB Fund 4, has changed. The previous average duration was a maximum of 1 year, and the new average duration varies between 1 and 3 years. This change will take effect 1 December 2022.

The change is motivated by the need to clarify that the sub-fund is not a money market fund (MMF). The above-mentioned change may result in a rebalancing of the fund's holdings, and therefore, there may be minor rebalancing costs involved.

The affected share classes and ISIN codes are:

C (USD) (LU0011924932)

You are not required to act due to these changes, and the value of your units in the sub-fund will not be affected, but it is important for you to be aware of the changes. If you do not wish to remain invested in the sub-fund, you may redeem your units free of charge by 30 November 2022.
