How to use your digipass

First time

Please contact us before turning on the Digipass for the first time.

Activate your Digipass

  1. Press the arrow key
    The word “PIN” will appear on the display together with a field for the code.
    (If the word "FAIL" appears, press the arrow key once again.)
  2. Enter the PIN you have received by mail from SEB
    The words “NEW PIN” will appear on the display together with a field for four digits.
  3. Enter your new four-digit PIN
    “PIN CONF” will appear on the display together with a field for four digits.
  4. Re-enter your new PIN
    “NEW PIN CONF” will appear on the display. The activation is done.

Login process

  1. Go to sebgroup.lu and click on "Internet Service" in the top right corner under the heading "Log in", or alternatively go directly to ebanking.sebgroup.lu which takes you straight to the login page.
  2. Enter your ID number.
  3. Start the Digipass by pressing the arrow key.
    Enter your PIN code. The word "APPLI" will appear in the Digipass, press 2. Create the ID signature by entering the first number followed by the second number that are stated on the login screen. Six digits will appear. Input them into the signature field and click on "Log in".

If you accidentally lock your Digipass

The Digipass will lock itself if you input the wrong PIN more than three times in a row. If this happens, reach out to your regular contact person who will help you.

If you do not use your Digipass for 90 days

Please note that your Internet Banking Service access will be blocked after 90 days if you do not log in. To avoid this, please make sure that you connect to the service on a regular basis.

If your Digipass is lost or stolen

Please contact the Bank immediately and we will block the Digipass. If the incident occurs after business hours you shall block your own access to the Internet Banking Service as follows: go to the log-in page and enter your ID-number. Enter a wrong six digit signature, repeat this three times. Your access is now blocked and you should contact the Bank as soon as it opens again.
