The fund SEB Real Estate Portfolio will be managed by SEB Investment Management AB in Stockholm as of 10 February 2014. The fund was previously managed by SEB Investment GmbH in Frankfurt am Main. Investors do not need to take any action due to this change.
SEB Investment Management AB, part of the SEB Group, is supervised by Finansinspektionen, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
