Update to the prospectus of SEB Alternative Assets S.A., SICAV-RAIF (the “Prospectus”)

You do not need to take any action, and the value of your investment will not be affected. However, we want to ensure you are informed of this update.

The following changes to the Prospectus took effect on 2 March 2026.

The board of directors of Alternative Assets S.A., SICAV-RAIF convened an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of SEB Domestica V on 27 February 2026. At the meeting, shareholders approved an amendment to the Prospectus of SEB Alternative Assets S.A., SICAV-RAIF – SEB Domestica V, to increase the maximum concentration limit per investment from 30 per cent to 50 per cent of the Sub-Fund’s assets. This change reflects CSSF Circular 25/901, which replaced CSSF Circular 07/309.

The amendment aligns the Sub-Fund’s investment restrictions with the current regulatory framework and provides increased investment flexibility.
