Subscription period extended for SEB Private Equity Nordic Direct III (EUR and SEK)

The board of directors of SEB Alternative Assets S.A., SICAV-RAIF has decided to extend the subscription period for two of its sub-funds: SEB Private Equity Nordic Direct III EUR and SEB Private Equity Nordic Direct III SEK.

The subscription period is extended by six months and will now end on 31 May 2027.

The board made this decision on 22 October 2026, in the best interests of investors and in line with the fund prospectus.
