Final liquidation payment for SEB Optimix

Further to our previous communications regarding the liquidation of SEB Optimix Substanz, SEB Optimix Ertrag and SEB Optimix Wachstum (the "Sub-Funds") of SEB Optimix (the "Fund"), most recently on 21 July 2026, we hereby inform investors that the final liquidation payment will be made on 22 October 2026.

The payment of the remaining amounts will be distributed to investors in proportion to their respective holdings and is expected to reach investors' accounts around the end of October 2026, depending on the processing times of their bank or custodian. This is the final payment from the liquidation, and no further distributions will be made. 

Following the final payment, the remaining administrative and regulatory steps required to close the Fund, including the final reporting to the supervisory authority and the auditors' review, will be completed. 

No action is required from investors in connection with the final payment.

The liquidation of the Sub-Funds and the Fund is being carried out in accordance with applicable Luxembourg laws and regulations and under the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
