Redemption schedule for SEB Alternative Strategies SICAV – SEB Credit Opportunity V

Risk information

Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of fund shares can rise as well as fall and you may not get back the amount you invested.

The following information clarifies the opportunity for redemption within SEB Alternative Strategies SICAV – SEB Credit Opportunity V (the “Fund”).

You are not required to act due to these changes, and the value of your units in the sub-fund will not be affected, but it is important for you to be aware of the information provided here.

We would like to clarify the redemption schedule for SEB Credit Opportunity V (the “Fund”), a sub-fund of SEB Alternative Strategies SICAV.

Following the initial Redemption Day on 29 September 2023, shareholders may redeem their shares on a quarterly basis. Redemption Days are defined in the Prospectus as the last Bank Business Day of March, June, September, and December.

The prospectus currently stipulates that redemption requests must be submitted to the Administrative Agent no later than 90 Bank Business Days before the relevant Redemption Day (the “Cut-Off Time”). To provide greater flexibility, the Board of Directors of the Fund (the “Board”) has approved a shorter notice period of three calendar months.

The revised submission deadlines are as follows:

  • For redemption on the last Bank Business Day of March – submit your request by the Last Bank Business Day of December (preceding year).
  • For redemption on the last Bank Business Day of June – submit your request by the Last Bank Business Day of March.
  • For redemption on the last Bank Business Day of September – submit your request by the Last Bank Business Day of June.
  • For redemption on the last Bank Business Day of December – submit your request by the Last Bank Business Day of September.

The Prospectus will be amended to reflect these revised new cut-off dates at its next scheduled update.

Redemption requests received after the applicable cut-off date will be processed on the subsequent Redemption Day.

You do not need to take any action unless you plan to redeem your investment. Your existing investment remains unchanged.

Any terms not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the SEB Alternative Strategies SICAV prospectus (the “Prospectus”), available at www.sebgroup.lu/funds.

Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact us.

Sincerely,
SEB Funds AB, Luxembourg branch
