SEB may now charge a maximum subscription fee of 0.5% for the C (H-EUR) unit class with ISIN code LU1138413973. The unit class belongs to SEB Fund 1 – SEB Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Fund. This change is valid as of 15 December 2015. Investors who already own units in the fund do not need to take any action and are not affected by the change.
Updated product documentation for the sub fund, including the above mentioned change, will be available on www.sebgroup.lu and on request at the registered office of the Management Company.
