We wish to inform unitholders of the sub funds SEB Private Equity Fund – SEB Private Equity Opportunity Fund I (the “Sub Fund I”) and SEB Private Equity Fund – SEB Private Equity Opportunity Fund II (the “Sub Fund II”) (together referred to as the “Sub Funds”) of SEB SEB Private Equity Fund (the “Fund”) of a change regarding portfolio manager, valid as of 1 July 2015. The new portfolio manager for the Sub Funds is SEB Investment Management AB.
The portfolio team for the Sub Funds will move from Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) to SEB Investment Management AB. Both entities are part of the SEB group, are headquartered in Stockholm Sweden, and are supervised by Finansinspektionen, the Swedish financial supervisory authority. The goal of this change is to strengthen the governance of the portfolio team.
This change is not expected to have an effect on the Sub Funds. It will not affect the Sub Funds’ fees.
