Our Internet banking service provides you with a total overview of your assets and liabilities. It also gives you the possibility to make international payments and transactions in several different currencies as well as to buy and sell securities on various international markets. You can reach it on any device, be it your computer, tablet or mobile phone. We also have an app that works on both iPhone and Android.
How to log in
Select "Log in to our customer portal" here above or choose “Log in” in the upper right corner of our website and then choose “Internet Service”. The next step depends on which login method you choose.
- Digipass – your personal security device
You can use this device for login and signing, and you need it to activate the SEB ID app (see below). If you decide to use any of the other available login methods, you will not need the Digipass for everyday use, but you should keep it in a safe place as you might need it in certain situations to identify yourself or if you need to activate SEB ID again.
- Swedish mobile BankID
If you have a Swedish mobile BankID, you can use this method for both login and signing. Please note that we cannot set up a Swedish mobile BankID for you. You need to set this up with your bank in Sweden first.
- SEB ID – accessible for clients internationally
SEB ID is a mobile application that complements the existing security solutions Digipass and Swedish mobile BankID. It provides a secure and user-friendly login and signing and is associated with your Customer ID with SEB in Luxembourg rather than your personal number, enhancing privacy and making it accessible for you as an international client.
Once you have decided which login method suits you best, please follow the instructions on the screen for the method you have chosen. Please note that the signing method always is the same method as you used when you logged in. If you have logged in with for example SEB ID, you can only sign with SEB ID.
