Final stage of liquidation of the sub-funds of SEB Optimix

Following our previous communications regarding the liquidation of SEB Optimix Substanz, SEB Optimix Ertrag and SEB Optimix Wachstum (the “Sub-Funds”) of SEB Optimix (the “Fund”), the liquidation process has now entered its final stage.

SEB Optimix Substanz (LU0151339883) and SEB Optimix Ertrag (LU0066376558) entered liquidation on 11 December 2012. SEB Optimix Wachstum (LU0066376988) entered liquidation on 11 June 2014.

The Sub-Funds have received the final proceeds from the remaining underlying investment. We are currently completing the operational, administrative and legal steps required to return the remaining proceeds to investors. This distribution is expected to take place during the third quarter of this year and will be made in proportion to investors' respective holdings. 

Following the distribution, the Fund will enter liquidation. The remaining administrative and legal steps required to close the Fund will then be completed.

The liquidation of the Sub-Funds is being carried out in accordance with applicable Luxembourg laws and regulations and under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
