The mergers of three Finland-domiciled funds with three Luxembourg-domiciled funds are now completed.

The merger of the following funds took effect 13 May 2022:

  • Finland-domiciled SEB Finland Small Cap merged with Luxembourg-domiciled SEB Fund 3 – SEB Finland Small Cap
  • Finland-domiciled SEB Euro Bond merged with Luxembourg-domiciled SEB Fund 5 – SEB Euro Bond Fund
  • Finland-domiciled SEB Euro Short Rate Fund merged with Luxembourg-domiciled SEB Fund 5 – SEB Euro Short Rate Fund

Now that the mergers are effective, the Finland-domiciled SEB Finland Small Cap, Finland-domiciled SEB Euro Bond, and the Finland-domiciled SEB Euro Short Rate Fund no longer exist.
