The merger of SEB Fund 4 - SEB Short Bond Fund SEK with SEB Korträntefond SEK is now completed

The merger took effect on 12 June 2023 and is finalised.

The following funds were involved in the merger:

·         Luxembourg-domiciled SEB Fund 4 – SEB Short Bond Fund SEK

·         Sweden-domiciled SEB Korträntefond SEK

 

Now that the merger is effective, SEB Fund 4 – SEB Short Bond Fund SEK no longer exists. Customers who had investments in the SEB Fund 4 – SEB Short Bond Fund SEK are encouraged to read the information about the merger that was published on this website on 24 March 2023.
