SEB Fund 3 prospectus changes

We are updating the prospectus for SEB Fund 3 to enhance transparency. You as an investor are not required to act due to these changes, but we wish to make you familiar with them. The prospectus changes take effect as of 29 March 2022.

Changes to prospectus

Inclusion of article numbers related to the regulation on sustainability related disclosures in the financial service sector (“SFDR”)

To enhance transparency, we have included the relevant SFDR article number for each sub-fund that is labelled as being an article 8 or article 9 sub-fund according to SFDR.

Clarification made concerning ancillary assets

Following a recent FAQ by the CSSF, the amount of cash any sub-fund may hold has been limited to 20%. Although the management company already had this as an internal limit it is now clarified in the general part of the prospectus. The wording concerning other liquid assets that are held on an ancillary basis has also been clarified.

Anti-money laundering wording updated

The disclosures in the prospectus concerning anti-money laundering procedures have been updated to meet the latest standards.

The updated prospectuses are available from www.sebgroup.lu and our registered office upon implementation of the changes.

Sincerely,
