We, the board of directors of SEB Alternative Assets S.A., SICAV-RAIF (the “Board”), acting for and on behalf of the Sub-Fund, wish to inform you that by a decision of the Board taken on 16 December 2022, have decided to prolong the investment period of the Sub-Fund, in accordance with the provisions laid out in the prospectus.
