Minor, non-material changes within the SEB Fund 3 umbrella

Some non-material changes have been made in the SEB Fund 3 umbrella prospectus. These are mainly to correct or supplement some factual statements.  

Changes for all sub-funds within the SEB Fund 3 umbrella 

  • The removal of the 2% redemption charge for redemption within 6 months 

Changes to the following sub-funds within the SEB Fund 3 umbrella:  

SEB Fund 3 - SEB Finland Optimized Exposure

SEB Fund 3 - SEB Mixed Fund 30

SEB Fund 3 - SEB Mixed Fund 50

SEB Fund 3 - SEB Mixed Fund 80

SEB Fund 3 - SEB Finland Small Cap Fund

  • Supplement of some initial subscription prices of certain unit classes  
  • Removal of certain unit classes’ minimum initial investment (not including SEB Finland Small Cap Fund)
